Kenneth is a seasoned capital markets and advisory professional with over 40 years of experience across hospitality, mixed-use, and residential real estate. His career spans leadership roles in hotel operations, residential advisory, and global capital markets, where he has structured and placed billions in financing for high-profile projects. As Founder and Managing Partner of Redpoint Capital Advisors, Kenneth continues to provide strategic capital markets expertise, project advisory, and development support across the U.S., Caribbean, and Latin America.

Jason Bass, CPA, CFA, has nearly 30 years of experience in real estate and natural resource-related advisory services. With a strong background in economics and finance, he has held senior roles within consulting, advisory, and capital markets firms, specializing in financial modeling, valuation, underwriting, and strategic deal structuring. Over the past 30+ years, his focus has been commercial real estate economics and finance, where he has guided clients in both the public and private sectors and been engaged to provide expert witness services in a range of legal proceedings. In addition to Redpoint Capital Advisors’ core delivery of capital sourcing and structuring services, the firm frequently is contracted by clients, on a separate consulting basis, to provide economic, financial and market analytical services.
