Redpoint Capital Advisors has been engaged by Pacific6 to recapitalize the Fairmont Breakers Hotel and Ocean Center, a luxury multifamily property, located in downtown Long Beach. Redpoint has also been tasked with coordinating the efforts with best-in-class asset management teams through stabilization. The Molina family has been associated with Long Beach for nearly a century with a history of healthcare, real estate, and philanthropic activities.
